The Key to Health
A big thank you to Sandy Wilson for a very fun and informative evening at The Hotel Grand Pacific. Athletes left with a much better understanding of why injuries happen and how best to manage, treat and most importantly prevent them from occurring. A few of the key points that Sandy addressed were; core stability, muscular balance and properly designed training programs to incorporate rest and recovery into the athletes life.
We live in one of the best places in Canada, not only to train, but also to find world class health care practitioners and coaches. Most injuries are preventable!
