Another weekend, another group of Human Powered Racing athletes off racing.

On the Big Island of Hawaii we had Daphne Dobko Walsh, Ed Walsh and Jay Krieger racing the Lavaman Triathlon. A BIG Congratulations to Jay on his podium finish with a time of 2:20. Also, a big congratulations to Ed for taking over 20 minutes off his 2015 time. Well Done Team.

In Columbia River Gorge, Oregon the Human Powered Racing Dirt Team were taking on the Gorge Waterfalls 50k. Adrian Walton and Jodi Mucha not only raced 50k but they climbed 6000 feet in the process. Adrian went on to place 5th overall and was the first Masters athlete in a time of 4:55:02. This event was one of the final preparation races for Jodi and Adrian as they get ready to take on their first 100k ultra in May.
