Congratulations to Human Powered Racing athlete Sandy Wilson and her sister (and occasional guest athlete with the team) Nadine Naughton who raced the Lake Union 10k in Seattle this past weekend. Sandy won her age group in a time of 44:46 while Nadine made a great return to racing finishing 17th in her division with a time just over 1 hour.
