Beginning January 16th, a comprehensive swim, bike and run program will be run out of SeaParc Recreation Centre in Sooke on Monday and Wednesday evenings. This program will run from January until the end of August and will prepare athletes of all ages and abilities for either their first event or a breakthrough performance.
Adult practices will start with swims from 6 – 7pm followed by a bike workout on Monday’s from 7 – 8pm and a run workout on Wednesday evenings from 7 – 8pm. The youth program will run in conjunction with the adult program so parents that want to participate with their children will have an opportunity to train at the same time. Youth Practices will start with the swim from 6 – 6:45 and then follow with a 45 minute bike workout on Monday and a 45 minute run workout on Wednesday.
