From all of us here at Human Powered Racing we would like to wish everyone in the triathlon community and beyond a healthy, happy and successful new year full of personal bests and breakthrough performances.

As we enter this holiday season, remember to give some time back to those that are there to support you through the crazy periods of training and racing. Consider shortening that workout, or maybe even skipping it all together to spend some quality time with friends and loved ones that aren’t as obsessed with this crazy triathlon lifestyle.

2020 is just around the corner and it will be back into routine for many before you know it!
