Mike Neill
Mike Neill is a former professional Triathlete with 26 Ironman finishes over a fifteen year career, including eleven Ironman World Championships where he was the top placing Canadian for four straight years from 2006 – 2009. Mike was named Triathlon Canada’s Elite Long Distance Athlete of the year in 2006. Mike has been the Head Coach of Human Powered Racing Canada since it’s launch in 2006.
Originally from Kingston, Ontario, Mike has been involved in the sport of triathlon since 1994 and began his coaching career with the Queen’s University Triathlon Club in 1998.
Rob Dibden
Rob Dibden is a retired police officer and a NCCP certified triathlon coach with years of experience coaching in our community. Rob has coached young triathletes from beginners to Junior Elites. Some of the athletes that Rob has coached have gone on to represent Canada at the Olympics and the World Triathlon Championships.
Rob was the Director for Youth Development for Triathlon BC from 2002 to 2007. As an athlete he has represented Canada at the Age Group World Triathlon Championships at the Standard and Long Distance and has completed several Ironman distance races. In 2019 Rob Dibden was named the President’s Award winner by TriBC recognizing his years of hard work promoting and furthering the sport of Triathlon in the province.
