The Ride the Rock Challenge is an event to give cyclists and triathletes a focus for training and a goal to achieve. The Challenge is to ride the equivalent of the length of Vancouver Island during the month of May.
It is 571 Kilometers from the Mile Zero Monument in Victoria to Cape Scott at the northern tip of Vancouver Island. You can ride outside, on a trainer, rollers, your spin bike, or on anything that is human powered with pedals. Log your distance and submit proof to us via the link.
