Join Human Powered Racing coaches for a fun filled week of Triathlon training from August 10th to August 14th at Elk Lake.
Elk Lake is home to Canada’s longest running Triathlon’s as well as an Ironman 70.3 event. Hamsterly Beach provides the perfect venue to practice all 3 sports.
This 5 day camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and is open to youth ages 8 – 16. Athletes will get daily practice working on open water swimming skills as well as cycling and running skills. In addition to the three sports, camp participants will learn about nutrition, the philosophy and purpose of training, recovery, race preparation and season planning.
Camp fee – $300 (+GST)
Hydration and nutrition during the day is provided and included in camp fee. Athletes are responsible for bringing a nutritious lunch, water bottle, all sport related clothing and equipment, a road worthy bicycle and bike lock.
