A New Chapter for Human Powered Racing

After 15 memorable years of building Human Powered Racing together, Rob Dibden and Mike Neill have mutually decided to conclude their business partnership and move forward in separate roles.

Since Human Powered Racing was founded, our shared vision has been to grow the sport of triathlon by creating exceptional events, building a welcoming coaching community, and supporting athletes of all ages and abilities. Along the way, we’ve been fortunate to work alongside thousands of athletes, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners who have helped shape HPR into what it is today.

As we begin this new chapter, Human Powered Racing will continue with each of us focusing on the areas we’re most passionate about.

Mike Neill will continue leading the Human Powered Racing coaching program, remaining committed to providing high-quality coaching, training camps, clinics, and team experiences that have become the foundation of the HPR community.

Rob Dibden will continue leading the events side of the business, race directing and producing the triathlons and endurance events that have become a hallmark of Human Powered Racing over the past 15 years.

This transition reflects an evolution of our individual professional interests while preserving the values that have always defined Human Powered Racing. We are proud of everything we’ve accomplished together and deeply grateful for the support of our athletes, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the broader endurance sport community.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who has been part of our journey over the past 15 years. The friendships we’ve built and the memories we’ve created are something we’ll always cherish.

We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing to contribute to the endurance sport community in our respective roles.

Thank you for your continued support.
