HPR Youth Triathlon West Shore | Sunday, May 22, 2016
The HPR Youth Triathlon West Shore is the newest youth triathlon on Vancouver Island. The course is centered around The Juan de Fuca Rec Centre in Colwood. The 2015 event was very well received by both parents and athletes. Celebrate the May long weekend by participating in this great new race.
Victoria Youth Triathlon | Sunday, June 5th, 2016
The Victoria Youth Triathlon is Victoria’s premier youth triathlon and takes place at the University of Victoria. The 2014 and 2015 Victoria Youth Triathlon sold out so register early to avoid disappointment. The race features the “school challenge” recognizing the school with the most participants in the race.
Triathlon of Compassion | Sunday, June 26th, 2016
The Triathlon of Compassion is a fundraiser for the Victoria Women’s Sexual Assault Centre. The race is a fixture at the Esquimalt Rec Centre. In addition to the popular and scenic adult sprint race for racers 16 and up there is a full slate of Kids of Steel distances for youth aged 6-15.
XTERRA Trail Run | Saturday, July 9th, 2016
The XTERRA Trail Run uses the same run course as the XTERRA Victoria Triathlon. There are qualifying spots available for the XTERRA Trail Running Worlds Championship. Take advantage of the smaller race size to secure your spot for Worlds!

XTERRA is an off road triathlon at Durrance Lake offering qualification spots to the XTERRA World Championship in Maui. It is one of the most fun and challenging courses on the XTERRA World Tour.

The Metchosin Triathlon at Matheson Lake is a great sprint race for newbies and veterans alike with its open water swim, scenic bike and flat, fast run. Always a big hit with participants, the 2016 race will once again double as The Vancouver Island Triathlon Club Championship.
The Goose Relay and Ultra | Sunday, September 11th, 2016
So much fun and a great team builder! Five runners per team do 10K each from Victoria to Sooke Potholes along the Galloping Goose Regional Trail. There is also a solo division for those that want to do the entire course as a 50k Ultra.
Greater Victoria Aquathlon Series | May to August, 2016
We have teamed up with Tyee Aquatics to bring you the Greater Victoria Aquathlon Series. Four races, for both youth and adults, on the last Wednesday evening of each month from May to August at Thetis Lake Park. Athletes will swim in Thetis Lake and run out and back on the surrounding trails in this fun multisport event.
