As I sit here and look at the rain coming down in buckets outside my window I am very grateful for the group of athletes that will be waiting at Pro City in a couple of hours time. There is no doubt that motivation is sometimes hard to come by on days like today. When there isn’t light in the sky until close to 8am and then it is dark again around 4:30pm it would be much easier to have another cup of coffee and jump on the trainer. However, it is this chance to get OUTSIDE and (whether it is raining or not) breathe in fresh air and share the views and roads around Victoria with friends that makes me appreciate where we live. While not always enjoyable rolling out into it, I never regret these workouts when they are finished.
