Kelowna Apple Triathlon

Congratulations to team members Nancy Carleton and Kara Hobby who were in Kelowna this past weekend to race the Kelowna Apple Sprint Race. Both Nancy and Kara are preparing to race the ITU World Championship in Cozumel next month so this was a great chance to get out and test themselves in a non-wetsuit swim. Both had strong races in them midst of some tough training loads. Nancy won her age group once again and Kara posted a best time over the Sprint distance, placing 5th in her age group.

Next up for them both; the National Aquathlon Champs in Penticton.
