Course Information and Maps

The full course has 5 swim legs totalling 5000m and 5 run legs totalling 19K.  The short course has 3 swim legs totalling 3000m and 3 run legs totalling 10K. The short course includes the same three routes as the first 3 stages of the full course.

The swim legs are point to point.  Each swim leg crosses an island in the middle of the lower lake.  There is a check point on the island.  There will be orange swim buoys marking the courses for sighting purposes but swimmers may pass on either side of the buoys.  The swim entries and exits are marked with coloured boards.  The coloured boards match the flags marking the corresponding run leg.

The run legs are marked with coloured flags.  Each leg is marked with the same colour as the corresponding swim leg.
