2020 Victoria Youth Tri Postponed
We have postponed the 2020 Victoria Youth Triathlon, originally scheduled for June 7th, 2020. We were informed yesterday that our venue, the University of Victoria, has cancelled all facility bookings up until the end of June. We are working with them and our other stakeholders to determine a new date later in the summer, but at this point no new date has been identified.
The situation concerning COVID-19 is presenting many challenges and created uncertainty with sporting events in general. At Human Powered Racing we are working with the best and most up to date information available to make decisions moving forward. We understand that the decision to postpose the Victoria Youth Triathlon will be disappointing to our participants and we apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.
Current registrations for the Victoria Youth Triathlon will be reassigned to the new date or deferred until 2021.
