Nancy Carleton on the bike course in London at the 2013 ITU World Championship Sprint Distance

A BIG Congratulations to Human Powered Racing athlete Nancy Carleton who finished 5th overall in her division at the ITU Sprint Distance World Triathlon Championship in London, England. Nancy posted the fastest bike time in her age group and has improved her running to where she is now clocking 21 minutes for the 5km. In 2012 Nancy placed 10th in her age group at Worlds. Another run at the podium in 2014 looks pretty good.
