Join us on the May long weekend for 4 days of course recon and familiarization.
With changes made to the Ironman Bike course (now 2 loops) this will give you a good chance to see how these changes might impact your race/mental strategies.
This year we will once again be teaming up with B78’s Jasper Blake to put on 4 days of solid training that will have you riding and running on every part of the course. Whether you are getting ready for the Half or the Full, workouts will be tailored to your distance. This will also be a great camp for those doing their final preparations for the Victoria 70.3 a couple of weeks later.
