The 2020 SwimRun Victoria race course has been redesigned with 5 swim and run legs for the full course and 3 swim and run legs for the short course.

Human Powered Racing in Sooke
Human Powered Racing has a Sooke Team that started in February, 2018. Our members are racing at the Victoria Ironman 70.3 in 2019. We train four days per week at the SeaParc Recreation Centre.
